1- Go To http://web.airdroid.com and Create an Account (You Do This Steps at your Mobile/Laptop).

2- Now Open The Playstore in Your Friend mobile and Search for " Airdroid " App and install it.

3- Open the App and Sign in With Your Account (Which you Created in Step 1)

4- After Sign in, go to App Settings.

5- Turn off 4 options as Mentioned in Below Image.

6- Now You Need to Hide App Icon in Mobile. Most of the Android Mobiles Have option to Hide Apps.

7- Now Go To Your Mobile/Laptop and open the Link http://web.airdroid.com . Sign in With Your Account.

8- After Logged in, Open any Option to see the data of User. You Read Messages, Watch Videos, Use Camera, SD Card, Call log History, Contacts, Apps and Much more of your Friend Mobile without Touching His/Her Mobile.
