Back Up Your Android Contacts

If you are using Android Smartphone today then you must have a good practice to take backup of your Android phone. We may lose them which can be really frustrating for us if they were important. But if you have a complete backup you don’t need to worry at all. Just Follow the Steps.

1st Method: Backup Contacts to SD Card.

1- Tap Contacts app on your Android phone. Tap menu to show the menu list and choose Import/Export.

2- There will be an option like “Export To SD”. Click on that.

3- If you are asked for permission to create a Vcard, Click YES.

4- Then a copy of contacts will be created on your microSD card. Save it where you find it safe.

When You Want to Restore your Contacts in New Mobile Click on "Import Contacts From SD Card" and Select file which you Created in above Step. This will Restore all of Your Contacts.

2nd Method: Backup Contacts Using Gmail.

1- Open Setting option in your phone.

2- Find “Account and SYNC“or “Google” and click on it. (Login with Your Gmail Acount if you are not logged in).

3- Then click on your email address and click on “Sync Now or Sync Contacts”.

This way your contacts and other app data will be saved on Gmail online.

When You Want to Restore your Contacts in New Mobile Just Login With Gmail Account. All Contacts are Restore Automatically.
